What is Rebound Performance Centre:

Rebound Performance Centre is our brand new, purpose built facility in North Dublin is fully equipped for ALL! 

We have always wanted to have a facility that is a one stop shop for athletes looking to improve their performance. Whether that be making a comeback from an injury or improving their strength, mobility, speed and overall performance. We are so excited that our vision has finally come to fruition and can’t wait to show off our purpose built performance centre & therapy rooms with our current clientele and new comers!

 

Our goal for Rebound Performance Centre:

We ourselves, are passionate sports people who have been looking after people of all backgrounds. From Iron Man’s to desk workers we do it all and we have always said that we will help our clients Bounce Back to Optimal Performance allowing you to go about your day-to-day activities, sports and tasks to the best of your ability.

WHAT WE OFFER

PILATES

We're delighted to offer Pilates classes at Rebound Performance Centre, with a fully qualified ITEC Pilates instructor.


Pilates is fantastic for creating a mind & muscle connection through each movement and also promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups.

Pilates will make your day-to-day life easier, as it is proven to increase muscular flexibility and improve your posture . Do not be afraid to book into any class as we can modify any movement to suit you!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

Our strength and conditioning classes are private group training blocks adapted to
the specific need of your sports team or club. 

Do you want to get faster, stronger and fitter? Do you coach a team and you want improve your athletes reaction times and overall performance? 

Whatever your groups goal is we can create a tailor made training plan and deliver these class in our purpose built facility.

MOBILITY CLASSES

Do you want to improve your mobility and flexibility?
Most people ignore mobility training and end up feeling stiff, aching, sore

and become more prone to injury.

Our mobility sessions are a great way to learn how to keep your body moving fluidly!

It’s never too late to try mobility training and your body will thank you!

SPECIFIC GROUP REHAB SESSIONS

Injured and afraid you’re going to make it worse by going to a commercial gym for classes? We have groups of injured athletes training together under our

supervision to maximise their recovery and prevent flare ups of injury and pain.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Small group PT
If you and a group of friends have a specific lifestyle or fitness goal and
want to train in a small group, this is for you! 
You’ll have the opportunity to train and achieve your goals in a private group setting with constant support and guidance without the need to worry about anything else! 
Nervous about going to the gym for the first time? Never been to a gym before and don't know where to start, drop us an enquiry and we an discuss your concerns and goals to get you on the right path to become the best version of yourself. 

 

1-2-1 PT
Do you have a specific personal goal?
1-2-1 training is perfect for someone new to training who needs extra guidance and support.

It is also particularly helpful for injured athletes returning to sport or training to get extra guidance and support before diving back into full training.
